i doubt i'd ever want to work during my break. i'm determined to invest my time into picking up new skills, spending time with more people and exploring this world, etc. well, this is like a once-in-a-lifetime-holiday, why work so soon? in the next few years, when you step into the working society, you'll get to work for the next 40-50 years! why now...? when you have the time to invest into picking up new skills and so on :) you won't be able to have that time when you grow older, money can't buy time.
p/s: not discouraging at my age not to work :)
its only my belief, that is why i like to remain busy during this period of time. and yeh, i'm so determined to master skiing in one day during my Korea trip! whooooohooo, i just realise, i'm flying off next week :) pls don't tell me to buy back something for you, i feel so stress cos many ppl are telling me that. i wonder who set the culture that its like a 'must' for ppl who travel overseas to buy back something. of cos, for family is okay.
well, my perspective is that it is so thick skin to ask. aiya. i'm not selfish, but i just don't understand...some people...tsk :S |

Unpacked for camp this morning, and soon to pack again for leaders retreat next week. i find that i've been away from home constantly, time and time again. i see my dad lesser and lesser each day, but thank God that i can spend more time with him in Korea as i PACK AGAIN!
the month of december is such an awesome month, i totally love it. being in a team which doesn't consist of ppl whom i know and getting to work alongside with them allowed me to understand and love em :) team hanyang in mission trip and cheryl lee in YI camp :)
God has moving and working in my life, i encounter Him more and more each day and it's definitely a joy to serve the Lord! above all, this month is also a hectic one, but i like to be busy. *double smiles* yay, thank God for December!
anyway, this fb thing is wrecking my inbox -.- i should be the quiet one, instead of the intense one. |
